摘要:

对污垢的准确监测是促进阻垢剂产业发展的关键技术。可用于评价阻垢剂性能的方法很多,介绍了有关研究者对传统方法进行的改进,以及提出的一些新方法、新技术。合理选择评定方法,对于了解不同阻垢剂的性能与作用机理、开发更加有效的阻垢剂是非常重要的。文章对现有阻垢剂性能评定方法进行了简要综述,着重介绍了所开发的新装置及应用实例。

Abstract:

To monitor and evaluate fouling accurately in heat exchanger is the key technique of promoting inhibitors development. There are lots of useable evaluating methods, including some newand improving methods presented by researchers. It is important to choose method befitting to understanding the inhibitor performance and mechanism and developing more effective inhibitors. The assessment methods of the present scale inhibitors are introduced briefly. The novel equipment and its application are introduced emphatically.
