大港油田孔店采油污水排放处理的研究

摘要:

大港油田孔店污水站部分污水含有大量的油、固体悬浮物和其他物质,原处理工艺除油和固体悬浮物有一定的效果,但CODCr等主要指标都没有达到国家排放标准。在此基础上提出了在原流程中加入调整剂并使污水达标排放的经济可行的处理方法,且即将投入现场运行。

Abstract:

To resolve the problem that the discharge of some wastewater does not come up to the standard in Dagang Kongdian Oi-l field, analyzing the cause that the discharged water did not come up to the standard. The results show that the source of the discharged water from the produced water, contained a large quantity of the suspended solid, oil and other substances, The treating process had some effective measures in eliminating oil and suspended solid, but some main index CODCr did not come up to the standard. A new and economical treatment is provided to add adjusting chemicals in process and it makes the water quality come up to the standard and will be utilized in Kongdian Oi-l field.
