摘要：

我市某外资企业一台新安装锅炉仅运行了 40多天 ,因结垢严重进行了酸洗 ,针对这个问题 ,对水处理现状进行了调查、分析了原因、改造了水处理设备、配备了专职水处理化验人员、并制定了相适应的水处理方案。运行至今 ,状况良好。

Abstract:

One foreign investment company in our city has recently installed a new boiler.However,an acid cleaning had to be conducted after only 40 days operation,because of severe accumulation of scale. To tackle this problem,an investigation was carried out on the conditions of water treatment and the causees of the problem. And water treatment equipment was reset,by professional boiler water analysts and an adequate water treatment program has been used. This boiler has been running with good result since then.
