TJ型水质稳定剂在合钢公司动力厂循环冷却水中的应用

摘要:

针对合钢公司动力厂的低碱度、低 pH值的腐蚀型水质 ,用静态和动态方法研究了TJ型水质稳定剂的缓蚀和阻垢性能。在对合钢公司动力厂循环冷却水管道进行清洗预膜的基础上 ,将TJ型水质稳定剂用于正常的水质稳定处理 ,研究和现场试验结果表明 ,该配方具有优异的缓蚀阻垢效率和广泛的工业应用前景。

关键词: 水质稳定剂, 膦基聚羧酸, 磺酸共聚物, 循环冷却水

Abstract:

According to the corrosive water with low pH value and weak alkalinity used in the Power Plant of Hefei Steel Group , static and dy namic methods are adopted to study the corrosion inhibit ion efficiency and scale inhibition efficiency of TJ water stabilizer .After cleaning and plating film on the pipes of circulating cooling water,we have applied the TJ water stabilizer to the water treatment ;the research and in situ tests indicate that TJ water stabilizer has excellent corrosion inhibition ef ficiency and scale inhibition efficiency , and broader prospect in industrial application .
