摘要:
针对30m3/h全自动软化水处理装置存在着食盐难溶解,离子交换树脂再生盐溶液浓度达不到要求,导致生产出来的软水不合格的问题,设计了一个新型的工业盐溶解装置.该装置不用动力搅拌,只需压力为0.05MPa以下的压缩空气,就能将软水处理的一次再生用盐快速溶解,并达到再生用的盐溶液浓度,解决了软水生产问题.实践表明,该装置结构简单,实用性强,容易制作,几乎不用投资,只要有压缩空气的地方都可采用.

Abstract:
The ful-lautomatic 30 m3/h softening water device had some problems. For example, common salt was hard to be dissolved, and the concentration of ion exchange resin regenerated salt solution could not meet the demands. These problems resulted in a new problem that the soft water produced was not up to standard. Therefore, an industrial saltingin device is designed. This device does not need dynamic stirring. A compressed air lower than 0.05MPa is needed only. Thus, the treated soft water regenerated salt can be dissolved rapidly, and solution concentration of the regenerated salt can meet the demands. The soft water is so produced. Practice shows that the structure of this device is simple, very practice and easy to make. Almost no investment is needed. Wherever compressed air is used, this device can be used.
