摘要:

对偏铝酸钠、石灰法和石灰纯碱法处理循环冷却水硬度进行了比较,结果表明,偏铝酸钠和石灰纯碱法效果最好;以偏铝酸钠与助凝剂的配伍使用结果表明,偏铝酸钠与PAM配伍使用的效果较好。

Abstract:

The comparison of hardness removal effect in circulating cooling water with lime,lime and soda, and sodium aluminate has conducted respectively. The result indicates that the latter two are much better than lime. The prescription with sodium aluminate and other reagents has also been discussed. It shows that the removal rate could reach 90% with sodium aluminate and soda and lime〔Ca(OH)2〕m(Na2CO3):m(NaAlO2)=11.46.1 or sodium aluminate and PAM〔m(NaAlO2)m(PAM)=1375〕.
