高炉循环水不停车状态下低磷预膜剂的研究与应用

摘要:

唐钢二期高炉循环水系统设备更新和改造后,为保证新设备的正常运行,达到缓蚀阻垢的运行效果,必须对新系统进行清洗、预膜才能转入循环冷却水系统的正常运行。由于二期开路系统在清洗、预膜过程中不停车,带有局部高温热负荷,预膜过程较为复杂,采用传统预膜配方,容易预膜钙化造成预膜不均,效果不理想。作者通过试验研制出高效低磷配方预膜药剂及其助剂,在现场应用达到了良好的效果,同时兼顾了环保的要求,做到了低磷排放。

Abstract:

In order to ensure the new equipments to be running smoothly and reach the good result of corrosion and scale inhibition after the reforming of the circulating water system of blast furnace at Tangshan Iron Steel Works, the new equipments system should be cleaned and pre-filmed.Due to the cleaning and pre-filming of the equipment in on-stream state and with local high heat-load, the pre-filming process is more complex.When adopting the traditional pre-filming formulations.the pre-filming formed is easy to be calcified and inhomogeneous.Thus the effect is not satisfactory.The high-efficient low-phosphorus pre-filming agent and auxiliary agent have been developed on site.The good result can be obtained.In the meantime, the effluent with low phosphorus content is discharged.In addition, considering the requirement of environmental protection, the low-phosphorus pre-filming agent TM-106A and its assistant TM-106B are developed.The results of test and application on site show that good effect can be obtained.
