摘要：

旋转挂片腐蚀试验、阻垢试验、动态模拟试验和工业应用试验的结果表明,国产水质稳定剂HC-565A具有优异的缓蚀阻垢性能,完全可以与国外的缓蚀阻垢剂一样在高浓缩倍数下运行,且可降低药耗,降低成本,节水效果显著,缓蚀阻垢效果达到或好于行业标准,具有很好的发展前景。

Abstract:

Through the selection of China-made scale and corrosion inhibitors for circulating water,which is prepared with phosphonate plus zinc,rotary coupon corrosion test,corrosion inhibiting test,dynamic simulation test and industrial application test,the China-made water quality stabilizer,HC-565A,is expounded.It has excellent scale and corrosion inhibiting performances.It runs as well under the same high concentration multiple as the foreign ones.In addition,HC-565A can decrease the consumption and lower the cost.It has remarkable water saving efficiency.Its corrosion and scale inhibition efficiency are the same or better than the industrial criterion,having a very good developing foreground.
