摘要:

采用合适的固体助溶剂和固体酸,将二苯碳酰二肼分光光度法应用于水中铬(Ⅵ)的测定。络合物的最大吸收波长为540nm,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.06×104L/(mol.cm),含铬(Ⅵ)质量浓度在0~0.5mg/L范围内符合比尔定律,常见的共存离子均不干扰测定。混合试剂保存期长,是一种准确、灵敏、快速、简便的铬(Ⅵ)的测定方法。

Abstract:

1, 5-Diphenylcarbohydrazide spectrophotometric method has been applied in determining chromium (Ⅵ) in environmental water with suitable solid solubilizer and solid acid. The complex has a maximum absorption at 540 nm and an apparent molar absorptivity of 4.06×104 L/(mol﹒cm). Beer’s lawis obeyed in the range of 0~0.5 mg/L for chromium (Ⅵ). The familiar concomitant ions will not disturb the determination. The mixed reagent has a long period of validity. The method is accurate, sensitive, rapid and simple for the determination of chromium(Ⅵ).
