摘要:
介绍了在复杂的工况条件下,回收总铁的蒸汽冷凝水技术,采用脉冲式气水复合反冲洗技术和高温烧结高分子陶瓷滤料的新型节能过滤器,解决了反冲洗水量大、滤料污染的问题,使处理后的冷凝水在品质和能耗方面有较高的经济价值。

Abstract:
A new-type energy-saving filter is applied to clear up ferriferous ion in the steam water condensate under the complex process conditions. This product utilizes uniquely designed technology, which is named pulse recoil controller composed of compress-air and water, and uses high temperature compound ceramic as filter material. The problemsare solved well that waste a lot ofwater and pollute filter material. It hasensured the qualityofwater condensate. The client has gained directly economical benefit on energy-saving through the recovered water condensate.
