摘要:

结合电厂炉烟处理循环冷却水防垢机理,在实验室条件下,利用自主设计制造的炉烟处理循环冷却水防垢模拟试验台,进行了炉烟防垢动态模拟试验研究。试验结果表明,炉烟防垢法在低浓缩倍率及pH<8的条件下,防垢效果尤为显著。

Abstract:

Combining with scale prevention mechanism of using the flue gas for treating circulating cooling water in power plants, and under laboratroy conditions, a self-designed and self-made simulated test-bed is used for treating circulating cooling water to prevent scaling. The scale inhibition simulated test is carried on by using flue gas. The results showthat when the concentration is lowand the pH value is lower than 8, the scale prevention rate is the most remarkable.
