多氨基多醚基亚甲基膦酸盐的合成与阻垢性能

摘要:

以端氨基聚醚、亚磷酸和甲醛等为原料合成了多氨基多醚基亚甲基膦酸盐(PAPEMP)。系统地研究了反应温度、反应时间、甲醛和端氨基聚醚的物质的量比等因素对目标产物PAPEMP阻垢性能的影响,由此得到PA-PEMP的最佳合成工艺条件为:反应温度105℃、反应时间3.5h、n(甲醛)n∶(端氨基聚醚)=51∶。此外,还初步研究了铁离子对合成反应的影响。

Abstract:

Polyamine polyether methylene phosphonates(PAPEMP)has been synthesized byusing polyoxypropylene-diamine,phosphorous acid,concentrated hydrochloric acid and formaldehyde.The effect of different synthesis conditions on the scale inhibition property of the product has been studied.The optimal reaction conditions are:the reaction temperature is 105 ℃,the reaction time 3.5 h,the mole ratio of formaldehyde to polyoxypropylene-diamine is 5 ∶1.The scale inhibition efficiency of this product is high.The effect of iron irons on synthetic reaction is studied.
