炼油厂循环冷却水技术的研究及应用

Research on the treatment of circulating cooling water technology in a refinery and its application

摘要:

陕西某炼油厂的循环冷却水处理系统存在着严重的结垢与腐蚀问题。针对该厂的水质特点,进行了阻垢、缓蚀和杀菌实验,通过现场技术的研究,确定了新的配方和水处理技术方案。新方案实施后,该循环冷却水处理系统的碳钢腐蚀率<0.075mm/a,不锈钢和铜的腐蚀率均<0.005mm/a。新方案不仅确保了换热器的换热效率,维护了正常的生产任务,提高了经济效益,而且达到了节约水资源,减小排污量的目的。

Abstract:

There are some corroding and scaling problems at the circulating cooling water system in a Shaanxi refinery. Based on the water quality characteristics, anti-scaling, corrosion inhibition and bactericidal experiments have been conducted. New formula and water treatment technical program have been determined through researches on technology site. After its practice, the carbon steel corrosion rate of this circulating cooling water treatment system is less than 0.075 mm/a, the corrosion rates of stainless steel and copper are both less than 0.005 mm/a. The result shows that the program assures the exchanging efficiency of exchangers and protects normal production, improves economic profit, saves water resources and decreases the discharge quantity.
