循环冷却水系统提高浓缩倍率节水途径分析

摘要:

我国属缺水国家且工业用水量大,提高水的利用率实现节约用水受到极大重视。论述了提高循环冷却水浓缩倍率的现行技术,介绍了每种水处理技术的原理、优缺点,及在实际中的应用,提高浓缩倍率的同时达到了节约用水的目的。随着科技的不断发展,新型高效的水处理技术正逐渐应用于循环冷却水系统中。分析了反渗透的原理和臭氧技术在循环冷却水处理中的缓蚀、阻垢、杀菌作用,二者作为新型水处理技术也逐步得到应用。

Abstract:

Improving the utilization rate of water and conservation water has been taken a great attention in China which is not only in water shortage but also has large industrial water consumption. Present technologies on improving the concentration ratio of circulating cooling water are discussed. In addition, the treatment principles of each technology and their advantages and disadvantages are introduced. Meanwhile,the practical applications show that the concentration ratio can be increased and water can be largely saved. With the continuous development of science and technology, new and highly efficient treatment technologies are increasingly used in cooling water system. The principle of reverse osmosis and corrosion inhibition, scale prevention and disinfection of ozone in circulating cooling water treatment are analyzed. As new techniques,they have been gradually applied in water treatment.
