摘要：

介绍了混合器在母液循环中的重要作用及设计要点, 此项设计技术在山大华特科技股份有限公司经过几个项目的应用检验表明, 混合器对母液与原料的混合达到了预期的效果, 其在该公司低负压大型二氧化氯制备项目母液循环利用中起到了关键的作用。

Abstract:

The important role and main design points of the mixer applied to the mother solution circulation are introduced.This design technology has been subjected to inspections in several projects at Shanda Wit Science and Technology Co., Ltd.. The results show that the mixer has reached the predicted effect on mixing the mother solution with raw materials. Its application to the mother solution circulation project in the low-pressure large-scale preparation of chlorine dioxide at this company played an important role.
