载铁活性炭吸附剂的制备及除砷(Ⅲ)性能研究

Research on the preparation of iron-containing activated carbon adsorbent and its As(Ⅲ) removing capacity

摘要:

考察了载铁活性炭制备过程中铁盐种类、铁盐浓度、熟化温度对载铁活性炭吸附砷性能的影响,得出最佳制备条件为0.8 mol/L氯化铁浸渍、60℃熟化。静态吸附实验表明,载铁活性炭对As(Ⅲ)的吸附去除率明显高于活性炭,吸附等温线更符合Langmuir模型,为单分子层吸附。当pH为7~10时,载铁活性炭对As(Ⅲ)的去除率在70%以上,当pH=8时,As(Ⅲ)去除率高达90.48%。再生实验表明,此吸附剂具有良好的可再生性能。

Abstract:

The effects of the classes and concentrations of ferric salts,and curing temperature in the process of ironcontaining granular activated carbon preparation on the adsorbing capacity for As(Ⅲ) by using iron-containing activated carbon have been investigated. The optimal preparation conditions are as follows:0.8 mol/L of FeCl3 dipping, and 60 ℃ curing. The static adsorption experiments show that the adsorbing removing rate for As(Ⅲ) by using ironcontaining activated carbon is remarkably higher than that by using activated carbon. Being mono-layer molecule adsorption,the adsorption isotherm is more in accordance with Langmuir model. When its pH is 7-10,the As(Ⅲ) adsorption rate by using iron-containing activated carbon is above 70%;when its pH is 8,the As(Ⅲ) removing rate is as high as 90.48%. The renewable experiment shows that this adsorbent has pretty good renewable performance.
