摘要:
金陵石化烷基苯水厂格栅反应池存在设计参数及格栅布局不合理的现象,造成混凝效果差,混凝剂单位消耗过高,通过对格栅反应池的水力计算分析,提出了工艺改造和参数调整的方案,使格栅反应池的水力条件得到改善,混凝剂单位消耗量大幅下降,为老水厂的格栅反应池改造提供了较好的借鉴。

Abstract:
The unreasonable grille parameters and layout of grille flocculation tanks in LAB water plant lead to the poor flocculation effectiveness and high unit consumption of flocculant.Through hydraulic calculation and analysis on the grille flocculation tanks,the project of process modification and parameter adjustment is put forward,so as to improve the hydraulic conditions of grille flocculation tank and reduce the unit consumption of flocculant,providing better reference for out-dated water plants.
