摘要:

将铁基非晶材料和稀土镁球墨铸铁进行加工并有效复合,作为采油废水处理的微电解材料。研究了不同pH、铁基非晶和稀土镁球墨铸铁配比、微电解时间等对微电解处理效果的影响,实验结果表明,在铁基非晶与稀土镁球墨铸铁质量比为1∶15,pH为6,反应时间为30 min时,COD去除率可达52%,高于同样条件下以铁屑加活性炭(质量比为1∶15)为微电解材料时26%的COD去除率。

Abstract:

The Fe-based amorp hous material and RE-Mg ductile cast have been processed and compounded effectively as micro-electrolysis materials used for the treatment of wastewater from petroleum production. The effects of different pH,ratio of these two materials , micro-electrolytic time , etc. on the micro-electrolytic efficacy are studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of amorphous material and RE-Mg ductile cast is 1:15,pH=6,and reaction time 30 min,the removing rate of COD by Fe-based amorphous material and RE-Mg ductile cast is 52%,higher than the removing rate of 26% by using iron dust and activated carbon as micro-electrolytic materials (mass ratio=1:15)under the same conditions.
