摘要:
以乌头酸(ANA)、丙烯酸(AA)、马来酸(MA)为单体原料,(NH4)2S2O8和NaHSO3为引发剂,2-丙硫醇为链转移剂,采用水溶液聚合法合成了ANA/AA/MA三元聚合物阻垢剂,并研究了ANA/AA/MA对碳酸钙垢的阻垢率。试验表明,在水中Ca2+质量浓度为4 g/L条件下,ANA/AA/MA投加质量浓度为8.0 mg/L时,阻碳酸钙垢率可达95%,说明ANA/AA/MA三元聚合物可作为阻垢剂应用于循环冷却水系统。

Abstract:
A new ANA/AA/MA ternary copolymer has been synthesized by aqueous solution polymerization,with aconitic acid(ANA),acrylic acid(AA),and maleic acid(MA) as monomer materials,(NH4)2S2O8 and NaHSO3 as initiators,and 2-propanethiod as chain transfer agent.The inhibiting effect of ANA/AA/MA on calcium carbonate scale has been investigated.The experimental results demonstrate that when the mass concentration of ANA/AA/MA is 8.0 mg/L,its calcium carbonate scale inhibiting rate can reach 95%,indicating ANA/AA/MA ternary copolymer,as a kind of scale inhibitor,can be applied to circulating cooling water systems.
