Study on the influence of hydraulic loading on the denitrification effect of DNBF,using SDC as fillers

摘要:

以SDC型生物膜载体作为反硝化生物滤池(DNBF)的填料,研究不同水力负荷下DNBF的脱氮效果。结果表明:小试时改变水力负荷对反应器脱氮效果的影响较显著。综合考虑滤池对硝态氮、亚硝态氮、总氮的去除效果及水力停留时间,确定其最佳水力负荷为0.015 m3/(m2·h),此时DNBF出水硝态氮平均为0.56 mg/L(平均去除率为96.94%)。

Abstract:

Using SDC type of bio-film carrier as filters in denitrification bio-filter(DNBF),the DNFB denitrification effect under different hydraulic loading conditions has been studied. The results show that in the small case,chang-ing the hydraulic loading has significant influence on the denitrification effect of the reactor. By the comprehensive consideration of the removing rates of nitrate nitrogen,nitrite nitrogen,total nitrogen and hydraulic retention time by the filters,the optimum hydraulic loading is 0.015 m3/(m2·h). Meanwhile,the nitrate average mass concentrations in the effluent of DNBF is 0.56 mg/L(the average removing rate is 96.94%).
