微孔曝气充氧性能的影响因素研究

摘要:

曝气量、孔径和水深是影响微孔曝气充氧性能的3个重要因素。通过试验研究了曝气量、孔径和水深对氧总传质系数、氧利用率及理论动力效率的影响,并通过曲线分析优化出最佳参数组合。结果表明,安装水深为2.0 m时采用200 μm 孔径的曝气器和0.5 m3/h的曝气量具有最佳的充氧性能。

Abstract:

Aeration rate,pore diameter and water depth are the three important factors that affect the performance of microporous aeration. The effects of aeration rate,aperture and water depth on the total mass transfer coefficient of oxygen,oxygen availability and theoretical kinetic efficiency are studies and tested. Besides,the most appropriate parameter combination has been optimized through curves analysis. The results show that the best oxygenation performance is obtained,when the aerator whose aperture is 200 μm,water depth 2.0 m and aeration rate 0.5 m3/h.
