摘要:
采用自制的双通道工业循环冷却水分析实验台和磁电协同式工业循环冷却水阻垢处理器对火电厂循环冷却水进行了动态模拟阻垢实验研究。通过正交实验,优化了影响阻垢率的实验参数;通过对换热铜管表面的CaCO3水垢晶体所进行的SEM和XRD分析,研究了经电磁场协同处理后,水垢晶体中文石和方解石含量的变化。研究表明,在脉冲方波占空比为70%,脉冲方波频率为100 Hz,水流速度为0.870 m/s,离子棒电压为5 kV时,在动态模拟实验运行30 h后,阻垢率可达78.23%。经最佳方案组处理后的方解石晶体的生长受到抑制,促进了文石晶体的生长。

Abstract:
Dynamic simulated anti-scaling experimental research has been conducted by using the home-made dual channel industrial circulating cooling water test bench and magneto-electric cooperative-type industrial circulating cooling water anti-scaling processor for the circulating cooling water in power plants.By orthogonal tests,the experi-mental parameters that affect anti-scaling rate are optimized.CaCO3 water scale crystals on the surface of heat exch-ange copper pipes are analyzed with SEM and XRD.The changes in the contents of calcite and aragonite in water scale crystals are studied,after treated by electro-magnetic field cooperatively.The results reveal that when the square pulse duty ratio is 70%,the square pulse frequency is 100 Hz,the water flow velocity is 0.870 m/s,and the voltage of ionic bar is 5 kV,the anti-scaling rate can reach 78.23% after the dynamic simulated experiment works for 30 h.After treated by the optimized program group,the growth of calcite crystal is restrained and the growth of aragonite is promoted.Thus,from the view of environment and economy,applying the magneto-electric field coopera-tively to the circulating cooling water in power plants has very good anti-scaling effect.
