Preparation of mycelial pellet from soil mould and its biosorption capacity for Pb(Ⅱ)

摘要:

从土壤中分离霉菌,筛选得到对含铅废水吸附效果较好的黑曲霉Z1菌株。首先综合考察了培养时间、pH、孢子悬液接种量、装液量等对菌体成球状况的影响。其次,对吸附条件研究发现,当Pb2+初始质量浓度为80 mg/L、温度为30℃、pH=5时,菌体吸附率最高可达89.5%。最后,通过扫描电镜观察,发现菌体多孔网状结构有利于对重金属离子的吸附。

Abstract:

A series of mould have been isolated from soil and Aspergillus niger Z1 strain which has good adsorption effect on lead-bearing wastewater has been successfully screened out. At first,the influences of culture time,pH, spore suspension inoculum concentration,liquid volume,etc. on the formation of mycelial pellet are investigated comprehensively. To further optimize the adsorption conditions,under the following absorption conditions:pH=5, initial Pb2+ concentration is 80 mg/L,and temperature 30℃,the adsorption rate could reach 89.5%. And,the morphology of resultant mycelial pellets is observed through SEM. It is found that the porous netted texture structure is advantageous to the removal of heavy metal ions.
