Total differentiation-integer method for reducing permeable salt rate via the optimization of RO system element position

摘要:

分析了反渗透膜元件3项测试指标的离散性,提出了系统流程中不同测试指标膜元件安装位置优化的概念,描述了膜元件位置优化的全微分计算方法,明确了全微分法元件位置优化对于降低系统透盐率的有效性,并验证了全微分法元件位置优化方案对给水温度等运行参数变化的稳定性。

关键词: 反渗透系统, 系统透盐率, 系统流程位置, 安装位置优化

Abstract:

The discreteness of three detection indexes about RO membrane elements is analyzed. The concept of the optimization of installation position of membrane elements with different detection indexes in system flow is proposed. The total differentiation-integer computing method(TDCM) for the optimization of membrane element position is described. The effectiveness of for reducing permeable salt rate via the optimization of element position is determined. And the stability of total differentiation-integer method for the optimization program of element position is verified while the operation parameters, such as feed water temperature,etc. are changing.
