机械蒸汽再压缩技术处理阿斯巴甜生产废水的研究

摘要: 阿斯巴甜生产废水是一种典型的高盐高浓度有机化工废水,通常经过预处理后进行蒸发脱盐处理。实验主要介绍了机械蒸汽再压缩(MVR)蒸发技术处理阿斯巴甜废水中试的关键技术参数选择方法和运行参数状况。首先采用小试实验,确定中试的蒸发温度、操作压力等关键参数,再通过一套MVR中试装置进行阿斯巴甜废水蒸发结晶,通过21.3倍蒸发浓缩,蒸发淡水回用于生产,结晶盐中NaCl质量分数达97.51%,达到回收利用要求,实现了高盐高浓度有机废水的趋零排放。

Abstract: The wastewater from Aspartame production is a kind of typical wastewater with high salinity and highly concentrated organic chemicals. It is usually treated by evaporation desalination process after its pretreatment. The selection of key technical parameters and operation parameter conditions of the pilot scale tests on MVR evapo-ration technology for the treatment of wastewater from aspartame production are introduced mainly. Lab-scale tests have been used first for determining the key parameters,such as evaporation temperature,operation pressure, etc. Then,a set of MVR pilot scale test apparatus has been used for implementing the evaporation-crystallization of Aspartame wastewater. By means of 21.3 times of evaporation and concentration,the evaporated fresh water can be reused in production. The NaCl content in crystallized salt reaches 97.51%,meeting the requirements for recy-cling,and realizing the zero discharge of high salinity and highly concentrated organic wastewater.
