摘要: 神华集团自主研发的“一步酸溶法”粉煤灰提取氧化铝技术,实现了粉煤灰的高附加值、综合利用。为能经济、环保地解决该工艺除钙过程中产生的废水,对废水蒸发浓缩体积、硫酸加入量、陈化时间等因素进行了研究。通过实验发现,将含钙废水体积浓缩至40%,加入硫酸量按钙离子物质的量的1.3~1.4倍,陈化0.5~1 h,可实现对含钙废水中钙离子的高效沉淀去除。

Abstract: Shenhua Group has independently developed a "one-step acid solution method" fly ash alumina extraction technology,by which high added-value and comprehensive utilization of fly ash can be achieved. In order to economically and environmentally solve the problem of the wastewater brought about in the process of calcium removal,the factors,such as the volumes of evaporation and concentration of wastewater,the dosage of sulfuric acid,the aging time,etc.,have been investigated. It is found through experiments that when the volume of calcium-containing wastewater is concentrated to 40%,the amount of sulfuric acid added is 1.3 to 1.4 times of the mass volume of calcium ions and the aging time is 0.5 h to 1 h,the highly efficient calcium ions removal by precipitation from calcium-containing wastewater can be achieved.
