摘要: 为提高油田污水处理效率,设计了一款新型油田污水深度过滤器,采用木质素基聚氨酯改性材料作为滤料,利用数字化CT技术分析了滤料结构特性,探究了滤料过滤性能和过滤器的使用性能。结果表明:滤料孔隙度为56.03%,内部具有丰富的孔隙结构。过滤器处理后出水悬浮物质量浓度<3 mg/L,油质量浓度<1 mg/L,去除率较常规过滤器高出近20%。此外,过滤器还具有反冲洗周期长,处理效果稳定等优点,具有极好的应用前景。

Abstract: In order to improve the wastewater treatment efficiency in oilfields,a new type of advanced filter used for oilfield wastewater treatment has been designed by using lignin based polyurethane modified material as filtering materials. Its structure characteristics have been analyzed by digital CT technology,and,then,the filtration capability of the filtering materials and the application performances of the filter probed into. The results show that the porosity of the filtering material is 56.03%,and its interior has abundant pore structures. After treated by the filter,the mass concentration of the effluent suspended substances is less than 3 mg/L,the oil mass concentration is less than 1 mg/L, and the removing rate is nearly 20% higher than that of conventional filters. In addition,the filter also has other advantages,such as long backwash cycle,stable treatment effect and so on,having an excellent application prospects.
