酸化解聚—ICP—AES法测定聚氯化铝中的有害元素

Determination of hazardous elements in poly aluminum chloride by acid hydrolysis- inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy

摘要:

建立了一种酸化解聚—电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪快速同步测定聚氯化铝中的砷、镉、铬、铜、铁、汞、锰、镍、铅、锑、硒、锌元素的方法。通过对各元素谱线的优化,可以有效去除基体、波长等干扰。对该测定方法的检出限、精密度、回收率进行分析,结果表明:各元素的检出限在0.040~2.06 μg/g,精密度在0.146%~4.63%,回收率在83.8%~110%。该方法具有操作简单、快速准确等优点,适于聚氯化铝水处理剂中多种有害元素的测定。

Abstract:

A quick sync method analyzing As, Cd, Cr, Cu, Fe, Hg, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sb, Se, and Zn in poly aluminum chloride were constructed by acid hydrolysis-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry. Interference problems such as matrix and wavelength can be effectively removed by optimizing the spectral lines of each element. The detection limits, the precision and the average recovery of the method were analyzed. The results indicated that the detection limits, precision and average recovery of methods was in the range of 0.040-2.06 μg/g, 0.146%-4.63% and 83.8%-110%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used for the test of hazardous elements in poly aluminum chloride.
