河道水体是地球水资源的重要组成部分。对河道进行治理可以满足工农业生产的发展需求,以及人们基本生活的需要。以天津市马厂减河治理示范项目为例,采用膜曝气生物反应器(MABR)+微纳米曝气组合技术对河道进行治理,既可提升河道水的溶解氧含量,又能实现水体的净化。该河道共设置MABR组件160组、曝气管12套、鼓风机24台(12用12备)、微纳米曝气设备7台,具有一定的抗冲击能力。结果表明:系统稳定运行6~8周后,水质达到稳定。其中,DO、COD、NH3-N、TP分别为2.21、33.92、1.88、0.37 mg/L,COD、NH3-N、TP的去除率分别达到47.00%、44.38%、13.95%,DO增加31.55%。对该河道实施治理后,水质可达到地表水环境质量Ⅴ类标准。该组合技术具有工程、成本及运行管理方面的优势,特别适于河道、湖泊等流域的治理,其应用可为类似中小河道水质净化的工程项目提供技术模式和实践经验。

Abstract:
As an important part of the earth’s water resources, the treated river can meet the needs of industrial and agricultural production, as well as the basic needs of people’s lives. Take the Tianjin Machangjian River treatment demonstration project as an example, the use of combined membrane aeration bioreactor(MABR) and micro-nano aeration technology for river treatment was presented. It can both improve the dissolved oxygen content of river and purify the water body. A total of 160 sets of MABR components, 12 sets of aeration pipes, 24 sets of blowers (12 for use and 12 for standby) and 7 sets of micro-nano aeration equipment were installed in the river with certain impact resistance. The results showed that the water quality was stable after 6-8 weeks of stable operation of the system. DO, COD, NH3-N and TP were 2.21 mg/L, 33.92 mg/L, 1.88 mg/L and 0.37 mg/L, respectively. The removal rates of COD, NH3-N and TP reached 47.00%, 44.38% and 13.95%, respectively, and DO increased by 31.55%. After the river was treated, the water quality could reach Class V of surface water environmental quality category. The combined technology has the advantages of engineering, cost and operation management, especially suitable for the treatment of river, lake and other watersheds. The application can provide a valuable technical model and practical experience for similar small and medium-sized river purification projects.
