摘要:

针对软化水的强腐蚀性问题 ,研制了一种复合型软化水缓蚀剂MYN— 4,该缓蚀剂不含NaNO2 及其他有毒有害成分 ,为绿色环保型化学品 ;介绍了其研究过程和缓蚀机理及影响其缓蚀性能的因素 ;试验表明 ,MYN— 4在高温 ,高含Cl-、SO4 2-的软化水中缓蚀性能优良 ,是NaNO2 理想的替代品。

Abstract:

A kind of compound corrosion inhibitor MYN-4 without the compositions of nitrous sodium and other poisons is studied .Research process and corrosio nresistance mechanism of MYN-4 are int roduced .The result s indicate that environmentally friendly chemical MYN-4 has very good corrosion resistance performance and can take the place of nitrous sodium in demineralized w ater w ith high content of Cl-and SO42-under high temperature.
