摘要:
由于中央空调冷却塔旁酸性气体的影响,导致冷却水pH降低,加剧了系统中铜材设备的腐蚀,严重时导致空调主机冷凝器频繁穿管泄漏,影响了空调的正常运行。针对这一特定情况,于实验室筛选出NF-927阻垢缓蚀剂及NF-9101铜缓蚀剂配方,数个月的现场运行结果表明,该药剂能有效控制系统的结垢及腐蚀,空调冷凝器未再出现穿管泄漏的现象。

Abstract:
The impact of acidic gas near the cooling tower of the central air conditioning can result in the decrease of pH Value of the cooling water,so the corrosion of the copper equipment in the cooling water of the central air conditioning is accelerated. In severe cases,the pipes of the condenser of the air conditioning unit are corroded out and leak,which affects the normal operation of the air conditioning. For the purpose of this special case,NF- 927 scale and corrosion inhibitor and NF - 9101 copper corrosion inhibitor are selected from the lab. It is shown from the results of on-site operation after several months that the inhibitors can effectively control the corrosion and scale of the system and no pipe of the air conditioning condenser system has leaked again.
