热电厂锅炉补给水处理方案设计与技术经济分析

摘要:

以衡水热电厂锅炉补给水系统为例,介绍了以含盐量较高的新水为水源的热电厂锅炉补给水处理系统的方案设计,及各方案的主要特点,在此基础上,对以循环水系统排污水作为水源的锅炉补给水处理方案进行了说明和分析,通过对两种水源的不同设计方案的技术经济分析与比较,得出了含盐量较高的热电厂锅炉补给水处理的最佳方案为反渗透加混床。

Abstract:

Taking the boiler make-up water system in Hengshui Power Plant as an example, the project designing and its characteristics of boiler make-up water treatment system in the power plant which uses fresh water with high salt-content as water source are introduced. Based on this, the boiler make-up water treatment project which uses the effluent water discharged from circulating water system as water source is presented and analyzed. Through technical and economic comparison between the two project designings which uses different water sources, the results show that the optimal project for treating boiler make-up water with high salt -content in power plants is reverse osmosis-mixed bed system.
