摘要:

陕北某电厂高流速双室床(HDCB)投运后1 a的运行结果表明:当原水盐质量浓度为400mg/L,流速为33 m/h时,HDCB运行阻力较小,出水水质优良,周期运行时间达24 h,阳树脂平均工作交换容量达1884 mol/m3,阴树脂平均工作交换容量达500 mol/m3,酸耗为50 g/mol,碱耗为56 g/mol,自用水率为2%~4.5%。流速达40 m/h时,HDCB仍运行正常。

Abstract:

A set of high-velocity double-chamber bed(HDCB)in a power plant at North Shanxi has been used for one year. Under 400mg/L TDS of influent water and 33 m/h flow velocity, the operation results show that the HDCB have low operational resistance, good effluent water quality, and its cycle durations could reach 24 h, average working exchange capacity of cationic resin is 1 884mol/m3 and 500mol/m3 to anionic resin, acid consumption and alkali consumption are 50 g/mol and 56 g/mol respectively, water self-consumption is 2%-4.5%. HDCB can work normally when the flow velocity is 40 m/h.
