摘要:

针对河南神马尼龙化工公司化学水装置阳离子交换器出现的出力不足问题,从工艺、设备、树脂、再生系统等方面认真查找和分析,确认是树脂及盐酸存在问题,并采取措施加以解决,给其他化学水处理装置提供了参考和借鉴。

关键词: 阳离子交换器, 碎树脂, 有机物污染, 碱处理

Abstract:

Aiming at the problem of the flux shortage happened at the cation exchange reactor of the chemical water equipment in Henan Shenma Nylon Chemical Co., Ltd., the techniques, equipment, resin, regenerating system, etc. have been analyzed. It is found out that the problem is caused by resin and HCl. Some effective measures have been taken to solve this problem. They provide other chemical water treatment equipment with reference.
