Application of automatic dosing unit to circulating cooling water systems

摘要:

针对工业循环冷却水的处理问题,开发了基于CAN总线的工业循环冷却水处理系统。在上位计算机与前端测控模块之间的通信中,使用现场总线CAN网络技术。由于实现了系统冗余,系统具有安全可靠、功能完善、操作简便、性能价格比高等优点,大大提高了工业循环冷却水处理的自动化水平并取得了较好的经济效益。

关键词: 冗余, 现场总线控制系统, 局域控制网

Abstract:

Aiming at the status and problems existing in the industrial circulating cooling water treatment, the industrial circulating cooling water control system is developed by using CAN(controller area network) bus. CAN field busisadopted in the communication between the host computer and monitoring modules. Because ofthe realizing ofthe redundancysystem, thissystemhasadvantagesofsafety, reliability, perfect function, convenient operation and high price performance. The automation technologyin course of treating industrial circulating cooling water is greatly improved and has remarkable economic benefit.
