Research on the steady running project of the air compressor circulating cooling water system

摘要:

信益二期动力车间C90空压机运行4个月后,在冷却器冷却水管内壁出现水垢,冷却效果显著降低,严重影响空压机的稳定运行。为保证空压机长期稳定运行,作者对结垢原因进行了分析,探讨了空压机冷却水系统稳定运行方案。

Abstract:

After the air compressors of C90 in the dynamic workshop of Xinyi Ⅱ ran for four months, some scale is formed on the inside surface of the cooling water tubes of the condenser. Its cooling efficiency goes down obviously, and has serious influence on the steady running of the air compressors. To ensure the air compressors to run steadily and chronically, the scaling causes are analyzed. The steady running project of the air compressor cooling water system ia discussed.
