循环冷却水节水技术研究进展

摘要:

随着社会的发展和进步,水污染日益严重,水资源短缺,节约用水势在必行。工业用水约占总用水量的60%以上,而循环冷却水用量约占整个工业用水量的70%~80%。因此,循环冷却水节水技术的研究意义重大。作者从旁流处理工艺、提高循环水浓缩倍数、稳定水质等方面介绍了循环冷却水节水技术,并对其进行了总结和展望。

关键词: 循环冷却水, 节水, 旁流处理, 浓缩倍数, 稳定水质

Abstract:

With the social development and progress, the increasingly serious water pollution, and the shortage ofwater resources, water-saving is more and more imperative Water used by industries is about 60% of the total waterconsumption, while 70% to 80% of industrial water is used for circulating cooling water. Therefore, the water-savingtechniques of circulating cooling water are of great significance. From different angles, such as the side-flow treatmentprocessing technology, the increasing of cycle of concentration, the stabilization of water quality and so on,the water-saving techniques of circulating cooling water are introduced, and the summary and prospect of these areput forward.
