摘要:

介绍了逆流冷却塔的冷却特点和热工性能,并将逆流冷却塔应用到公司对原横流冷却塔的改造中,成功地将单塔冷却水量从2700t/h提升到3000t/h。同时对冷却塔改造的热焓平衡进行了验算。从改造后冷却塔的实际运行情况可知,对冷却塔的改造达到了预期的效果。

Abstract:

The cooling characteristic and thermal performance of the counter-flow type cooling towers are introduced. It has been applied to the transformation of the original cross-flow type cooling towers in Shanghai Wujing Chemical Co., Ltd. The quantity of cooling water is successfully increased from 2 700 t/h to 3 000 t/h.At the same time, the equilibrium of heat and enthalpy of the cooling tower transformation is calculated and checked. It is known that according to the actual running instances of the transformed cooling tower, the predicted result of the cooling tower transformation has been obtained.
