摘要:
苎蔴脱胶废水具有有机物浓度高、色度深、碱性强、水温高、成分复杂等特点。平均CODCr为3 000~4 000 mg/L,BOD5为600~700 mg/L,废水的B/C<0.3,属于难生化处理废水。采用"清污分流"、"分隔治理",即物化单独处理与生化综合处理相结合的工艺对其进行治理,设计处理水量为6 500 m3/d。工程稳定运行1 a多,出水水质完全达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准。

Abstract:
Ramie wastewater is characterized by high concentration,dark chroma, strong alkalinity,high water temperature, complex components,big concentration changes,etc. Averagely speaking,its CODCr is 3 000-4 000 mg/L and BOD5 is 600-700 mg/L. The wastewater is difficult to be biodegrated since the ratio of B/C is less than 0.3. The “pollutant cleaning-distributary” and “separation-control”, the physical-chemical treatment individually or combined with the biochemical integrated treatment have been used for treating this kind of wastewater. The designed water quantity to be treated is 6 500 m3/d. This project has run stably for more than a year. Its effluent water meets the requirements of the first class of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard(GB 8978—1996) completely.
