复配体系絮凝剂处理炼油废水的试验研究

Study on the composite system with flocculants for treating refinery wastewater

摘要:

以某炼油厂循环废水为处理对象,分别考察和研究了聚硅酸铝锌(PSAZ)与阳离子淀粉絮凝剂聚合氯化铝(PAC)、聚合氯化铁(PFC)、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)、阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺(APAM)等复配体系絮凝剂协同作用下对炼油废水的处理效果。结果表明,在几种复配体系中,聚硅酸铝锌与阳离子淀粉絮凝剂的复配体系具有最佳的絮凝效果,对废水中油的去除率可达到96%以上,对浊度的去除率达98%以上。

Abstract:

The circulating wastewater from a refinery plant has been studied.The synergistic effect of the composite system with different flocculants including polysilicate aluminum zinc(PSAZ),cationic-type starch flocculant, polyaluminium chloride(PAC),polymerization ferric chloride(PFC),cationic-type polyacrylamide(CPAM) and anionic-type polyacrylamide(APAM) on the treatment of refinery wastewater are investigated and studied respectively.The results show that among the composite systems,the system of PSAZ combined with cationic-type starch flocculant displays the best performance in treating refinery wastewater.Its removing rates of oil and turbidity are above 96% and 98%,respectively.
