摘要:

新疆某发电有限责任公司2号机组凝汽器不锈钢管结垢严重,凝汽器端差升高,机组效率下降,煤耗上升。采用新型酸洗工艺,选取硝酸复合药剂酸洗后,凝汽器不锈钢管内垢类被完全清除,端差明显降低,由洗前的11℃下降到5℃以下。清洗后换热效果得以改善,煤耗降低,经济效益明显。

Abstract:

The scale formation inside stainless steel tubes,at condenser unitⅡ in a Xinjiang Electric Power Co.,Ltd.,was very serious in the past,which raised the terminal temperature difference of the condenser,reduced the working efficiency of the unit and increased the coal consumption.After having adopted acid pickling with nitric acid composite chemicals,the scale inside stainless steel tubes can be removed thoroughly,terminal temperature difference declined obviously from 11 ℃ to below 5 ℃,heat exchange efficiency improved,coal consumption declined and economic benefit increased noticeably.
