炼油循环水系统工艺物料泄漏快速定位技术

摘要:

炼油过程中水冷器工艺物料的泄漏是导致循环水水质持续恶化的主要因素之一,如何及时快速找到漏点,对泄漏物料准确定位是确保循环水系统安全稳定运行的重中之重,也是循环水日常管理的重点所在。选用多级过滤的手段对被测样品进行了预处理,在排除干扰的基础上建立了一套快速定位技术。经过试验验证,该法可在72 h内准确查找出炼油循环水系统工艺物料泄漏点。

Abstract:

The leakage of raw material in water coolers of oil refining process is one of the main factors that lead to the persistent worsening of the quality of circulating water.How to find out the leaking source quickly and locate the leakage accurately is the most important thing of ensuring the circulating water system to run securely and stably. And,it is also a focal point of the circulating water routine management.The multistage filtering method for pre-treating the samples to be inspected has been selected.Based on interference exclusion,a set of rapid positioning technology has been established.By experimental verification,the method can achieve the goal that the leakage of raw materials in oil refining circulating water systems can be positioned accurately within 72 h.
