摘要:
针对焦油化工企业高浓度废水的水质特点,选择预处理和ClO2/UV多级氧化消解相结合的工艺方法,尤其是引入紫外光(UV)催化光源,对氧化消解反应的作用效果明显,有机物和COD去除率都较ClO2单独氧化废水时有很大提高,可有效降低废水中COD和氨氮的含量,使其达到进入生化处理系统的水质要求,且运行成本较常规ClO2氧化工艺大幅减少。

Abstract:
According to the water quality characteristics of high-concentration wastewater from coke tar chemical enterprises,the combined process,pretreatment-ClO2/UV multistage oxidation digestion,has been chosen,and UV catalyzing light source which has obvious effect on oxidation digestion introduced especially. The removing rates of organic compounds and COD are much higher than that of using ClO2 alone for the oxidation wastewater. It can effectively decrease the contents of COD and ammonia-nitrogen in wastewater,reaching the water quality requirements for the biochemical treatment system. Its operation cost is much lower than that of normal ClO2 oxidation process.
