摘要:
某化工厂以化学合成法生产医药中间体,产生的废水中含有大量有机物及高浓度的氮磷,原有处理工艺处理废水后已不能达标排放。对存在问题进行分析研究,改进了原有工艺,采用MAP+ABR+A2/O工艺处理该制药废水。实际运行结果表明,工艺改进后出水各项指标均达到《化学合成类制药工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 21904-2008),可为高氮高磷制药废水处理提供参考与借鉴。

Abstract:
A chemical plant has used chemical synthesis method for the production of pharmaceutical intermediate. However,the produced wastewater contains a lot of organic substances and highly concentrated nitrogen and phos-phorus. The original wastewater process could not reach the wastewater discharge standard. Through analyzing the existing problems and improving the original technology,MAP+ABR+A2/O process is applied to the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater. Actual operation results show that:after the technological improvement,all the indexes of the effluent can meet the requirements specified in the Discharge Standards of Water Pollutants for Pharmaceutical Industry Chemical Synthesis Products Category(GB 21904-2008),being able to provide reference for the treatment of pharmaceutical wastewater containing highly concentrated nitrogen and phosphorus.
