Pilot scale study on the treatment of wet-spun acrylic polymeric wastewater

摘要:

采用气能絮凝(GEF)+电化学多元催化氧化(MCO)+缺氧/好氧-膜生物反应器(A/O-MBR)组合工艺对湿法腈纶聚合废水进行处理中试。结果表明,GEF对聚合废水的SS和COD去除率分别达90%、22%,MCO可将聚合废水COD进一步降低至300~450 mg/L,且能将废水B/C提高至0.28~0.44。腈纶聚合废水经组合工艺处理后可达到《石油化学工业污染物排放标准》(GB 31571-2015)的要求。

Abstract:

The pilot scale study on the treatment of wet-spun acrylic polymeric wastewater by the combined process,gas-energy-flocculation(GEF)+electrochemical multi-catalytic oxidation(MCO)+A/O-MBR,has been conducted. The results show that the removing rates of polymeric wastewater solid(SS) and COD by using GEF process can reach 90% and 22%,respectively. The polymeric wastewater COD by using MCO process can be further reduced to 300-450 mg/L, and the wastewater B/C by using MCO process can be improved to 0.28-0.44. The results indicate that the acrylic polymeric wastewater after being treated by the combined process can meet the requirements for the Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Chemistry Industry(GB 31571-2015).
