多水源补水循环水系统污染分析及应对策略

摘要:

某火电厂循环水系统有多种补水水源,其中之一为铝冶炼厂蒸汽凝结水。由于在生产过程中发生液碱漏入凝结水系统,受污染的凝结水又回用补入循环水系统,导致该火电厂循环水受到污染。通过采取科学合理的应对处理措施,循环水水质恢复正常,未造成设备腐蚀、结垢等不良后果。

Abstract:

The circulating water system of a thermal power plant has many sources of supplementary water, one of which is the steam condensate water of an aluminum smelter. However, the leakage of liquid alkali into the condensate water system occurs during the production process. The polluted condensate water is reused and recharged into the circulating water system, resulting in the pollution of the circulating water in the thermal power plant. By adopting scientific and reasonable treatment measures, the water quality of circulating water has returned to normal without any adverse consequences such as equipment corrosion and scaling.
