好氧生物法处理天然色素生产废水厌氧出水

Treatment of anaerobic effluent from natural pigment production wastewater by aerobic biological method

摘要: 天然色素生产废水的厌氧出水COD偏高、水质不稳定,需进一步去除水中残余的污染物。采用好氧连续流反应器,以厌氧反应器出水为培养基质,研究容积负荷、温度、溶解氧对好氧反应器的影响。结果表明:容积负荷是影响出水COD的决定性因素,COD容积负荷从0.01 kg/(m3·d)提高到0.1 kg/(m3·d),出水COD从250 mg/L升高到700 mg/L,增加2 mg/L溶解氧可使出水COD降低50 mg/L。现场调试结果要优于实验室运行结果。

Abstract: Since the anaerobic effluent of natural pigment production wastewater is characterized by high COD and unstable water quality,it is necessary to further remove the residual pollutants from water. Using aerobic continuous flow reactor,while anaerobic reactor effluent as culture matrix,the influences of volume load(VL),temperature,and dissolved oxygen(DO) on the aerobic reactor have been investigated. The results show that volume load is the decisive factor that affects the effluent COD. The COD volume load is increased from 0.01 kg/(m3·d) to 0.1 kg/(m3·d),while effluent COD is increased from 250 mg/L to 700 mg/L. Adding 2 mg/L of DO can make the effluent COD reduce by an additional 50 mg/L. The results of field debugging of aerobic treatment are better than that of laboratory operation.
