摘要:

采用MABFT工艺对高盐分散染料废水进行生化处理试验研究,考察其对高含盐量(总盐质量分数≥ 1%)进水的生化处理能力、效果及稳定性。试验结果表明,通过连续4个月的实验驯化和运行,当进水中总盐质量浓度稳定在18 000~22 000 mg/L,COD ≤ 2 000 mg/L时,出水COD能稳定维持在500 mg/L以下,满足纳管标准,为后续工程提供了数据参考。

Abstract:

The biochemical treatment experiment of high salt disperse dye wastewater was carried out with MABFT process, and the biochemical treatment ability, effect and stability of high salinity (total salt mass fraction ≥ 1%) influent were investigated. The test results showed that the effluent COD could be stably maintained below 500 mg/L when the total salt concentration in the influent was stable at 18 000-22 000 mg/L and the COD ≤ 2 000 mg/L through continuous domestication and operation for 4 months, which met the NMS standard and provided reference for subsequent projects.
