摘要:

本研究以均苯三甲酸、甲醇、烷烃胺和二乙烯三胺为原料,合成N-烷基苯甲酰胺基双咪唑啉缓蚀剂。研究表明,该缓蚀剂拥有多个吸附中心,加药质量浓度为30 mg/L,在温度为95℃、CO2压力为1.5 MPa、转速为300 r/min的腐蚀介质中,对A3碳钢的缓蚀率高达93%。

Abstract:

N-alkyl benzoylamino bis-imidazoline as a corrosion inhibitor was synthesized with trimesic acid, methanol, alkyl amine and diethylenetriamine as the raw materials. The evaluation results showed that N-alkyl benzoylamino bis-imidazoline corrosion inhibitor had multi adsorption centers. Under the condition of 30 mg/L corrosion inhibitor, 95℃, 1.5 MPa CO2 and 300 r/min revolving speed, the corrosion inhibition rate was up to 93% for A3 steel slice.
