Treatment of paper making wastewater with polyaluminum chloride - polyacrylamide composite flocculant

摘要

研究了用聚合氯化铝和聚丙烯酰胺复合絮凝剂处理造纸废水,考察了酸度、混凝剂加入量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间对CODCr去除率的影响。实验结果表明:调节废液pH值在3~4之间,能够沉降废液中大部分悬浮物质,使废液CODCr明显降低;在搅拌速度为300r/min时,上层清液(废液调回至碱性)中加入PAC质量浓度300mg/L和PAM质量浓度15mg/L,可以将废液的CODCr值降到400mg/L左右。对絮凝后的废液用次氯酸钙进一步氧化处理,废液的CODCr值降到国家规定的造纸工业污水排放标准(150mg/L)。

Abstract

The samples of wastewater froma paper mill treated with composite flocculant of PAC and PAMhave been studied. The whole experiment process contains the following three steps:separating out xylogen on acidic condition;flocculating on alkaline condition;oxidizing flocculated water. The results showmost suspended substances in the wastewater could be eliminated and the CODCr of the wastewater decreases obviously when the pH is adjusted to 3-4;the CODCrof the wastewater could be lowered to about 400 mg/Lby adding 300 mg/LPAC and 15 mg/L PAMto 1 L wastewater under stirring (300 r/min); after oxidizing flocculated wastewater with Ca(ClO)2, the CODCrof the wastewater is lowered to 150 mg/L (discharge standard of water pollutants for paper industry).
